Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia is over and yet the content from the event continues to roll out. I expect I’ll be writing for the next few days and maybe into the next week. I’ve had an amazing time and I’m looking forward to my posts. I wanted to do a flurry of images I took that showcased some of the street fashion I observed. AND some of the photographers….it was amazing….the guys worked it everyday and time catching the latest looks and then getting the models to move for quick pics. They were the B-Boys of Photography.
….let’s start with a look at some of their fashion outtakes…..
….the ‘geeky sneaks’ are must-haves for photographers……I had a pair of my own….
…gotta love that classic trench on the photographer up front and the cool hat and jacket of the photographer in the back…
‘The Shot’ is one of my Gallery Shots of my photography. I love the action but you can see a lot of fashion in action in it as well….moving on to the attendees….this post is going to be a mega post of street fashion….the people were dressed to impress and make statements of style. They were bold. They were on trend. They were non-repeatable. They were memorable. They were MBFW on the streets.
Let’s break things up with some looks where I got the front AND back….
The Fronts & Backs
The Flares…..were everywhere…and so was I taking a pic of the lower leg.
….loved this shot of a fellow fashion blogger….and now a quick run through some double/close-up shots….
….and wrapping up with a few more looks…
…….and finally to end with one of my looks….I kept it pretty simple. I’m wearing a tshirt with one of my own photographs on it. It’s ‘Blue’ featuring my friend and actress Annika P. Smith. The tshirt was printed up by Lingraph who does custom tissue paper printing. I hope to work more with them in the future. You’ll hopefully be hearing more about me and my work with them in the near term. I hope you like this post. It took days to get it out with travel and other inconveniences but here it is. More to come on my times from MBFWA. Until next time….Travel Spritely.
